What is Dorna Kids?
Dorna Kids is an expansion tailored specifically for children aged 3–9. Based on the core pillars of Dorna Music & Arts, we provide a brave space for cultural discovery. Using the Orff Schulwerk method and perception science, we transition children from passive listening to active exploration.

Differentiation
Hands-on: Materials are modified for each age range.
Younger students work with larger components, while older students engage in detailed assembly.

Build & Play Music

Using Vivaldi’s 'The Four Seasons' as a backdrop, students will translate auditory cues into visual sketches, exploring how music can represent nature and weather.
Joyful Spring
April 25
Through a joyful spring-themed story, children will explore nature, imagination, and new beginnings, then create a flower-inspired art project connected to the story.
Carnival of the Animals
May 2
A deep dive into Saint-Saëns’ famous suite. Students will analyze how different instruments represent different animals and create artwork corresponding to each movement.
Build the Beat
May 9
This 'Music Building Lab' focuses on the physical manifestation of tempo and beat. Children will use their bodies and space to represent musical time.
Music, Mood & Color
May 16
Exploring the impact of major and minor keys. Students will use the piano music of Chopin to guide their choice of colors in a guided painting session.
Music Game Day
May 23
A celebratory finale involving music games, collaborative creation, and a mini-performance. This session integrates all skills learned throughout the series.

Day: Saturdays.
Time Window: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Duration: Up to 90 minutes per session.
Your Slot: You will be assigned to either the 10:00 AM or 11:30 AM group.
Confirmation: final start times will be emailed after registration is complete.
